How can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

RESCHEDULING

If you need to change your appointment, it must be done through your client account so the calendar updates in real time.

How to reschedule
 • Sign In (https://www.missilephoto.com/client-portal/my/my-bookings)to your account if you already have one
 • If not, create an account (https://www.missilephoto.com/client-portal/my/my-bookings)using the same email used to book
 • Go to My Bookings (https://www.missilephoto.com/client-portal/my/my-bookings)and make your changes

48-hour deadline
 • Reschedules must be completed at least 48 hours before your appointment time
 • Inside 48 hours, rescheduling is no longer available. At that point, the appointment can only be canceled, the $99 deposit is forfeited, and a new deposit is required to book a new date

Avoid sending messages for rescheduling/cancalletion
 • A new date or time sent by text, email, DM, or voicemail does not qualify as a reschedule and does not change the calendar.
 • The appointment shown in My Bookings (https://www.missilephoto.com/client-portal/my/my-bookings)is the date and time you are expected to attend
 • Missing that appointment is treated as a no-call, no-show, the appointment is canceled, and the deposit is forfeited and could affect future booking approval
Reschedule limits + fees
 • Reschedules are allowed up to two (2) times
 • Each reschedule has a $25 rescheduling fee
 • A third reschedule attempt cancels the appointment, and a new $99 non-refundable deposit is required to book again

What are your appointment policies?

ONLINE DEPOSIT
$99 non-refundable deposit required to book. Appointment time is reserved once paid. Deposit is credited toward package total on session day.

PAYMENT DUE (Pay Later Balance)
Remaining balance due day of session.

PAYMENT METHODS
Accepted: credit/debit (physical card + photo ID), Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, cash (exact amount only), ACH, Missile Studios eGift Cards.
Not accepted: checks, cashier checks, PayPal.

CLIENT ACCOUNT REQUIRED
An account is required to manage appointments and use Studio Check-In. Create with the same email used to book.

STUDIO CHECK-IN + RUNNING LATE
Check-in is required on arrival. If running late, update status in Studio Check-In. Late arrival does not extend end time. Shoot time may be reduced.

SESSION TIME + OVERTIME
Packages include set shoot time. Overtime is $99/hour, schedule permitting, due at checkout. Add extra prep time at booking if needed.

RESCHEDULING

RESCHEDULE LIMITS + FEES
Up to 2 reschedules allowed. $25 fee each. Third attempt cancels the appointment and requires a new $99 deposit to book again.

CANCELLATION + NO-SHOW
Cancellations forfeit the deposit. No-call, no-show cancels the session, forfeits the deposit, and may affect future booking approval.

TURNAROUND
Standard delivery: 2-4 weeks (business days). Rush: 3-5 business days starting at $150.

GUESTS + MINORS + PHOTOS
Studio is small; limit guests. Minors must be with a parent/legal guardian. Photos/video are forbidden unless approved by photographer.

STUDIO RESCHEDULE
If the studio must reschedule due to emergency, severe weather, or unforeseen closure, the deposit transfers to the new date.

ALL SALES FINAL
No refunds.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Appointments are booked through missilephoto.com. Choose your package, pick an available date and time, and submit the $99 (non-refundable) deposit to hold the spot. What is your availability?

Accepted Answer

Availability is shown live on missilephoto.com during booking. Select the service you want, then choose from the open dates and times listed on the calendar. If a date or time isn’t showing, it’s already booked or not available.

Hours of operation: Tuesday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, and Saturday, 11:00 AM–6:00 PM.

Holiday closures: Missile Studios is closed on major holidays. If a holiday impacts scheduling, it will not appear as available on the booking calendar.

Question 5

What if I’m running late, does it cut into my session time?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The session time is reserved based on the booked window. Arriving late reduces available shooting time unless additional time is available to purchase.

What happens if we go over the scheduled time?

Sessions that run beyond the allotted time are billed at $99/hour, due at checkout.
