Accepted Answer

Yes. Add extra image picks into a separate folder in the gallery, then submit that folder along with your package picks. An invoice for the additional images will be sent soon after. Payment is required before extra images are processed. If extra images are mixed into your package picks instead of being placed in a separate folder, editing for all selected images will be held until the invoice is paid.

What’s the turnaround time for final images?

Within 3–5 days after the session, a watermarked online gallery is delivered for image selection.

Rush Processing
Rush delivery is available in 3–5 business days for a $150 minimum rush fee. The rush fee may vary based on the amount of work requested and can be added at booking or during the appointment.

Are proofs included in my package?

No. Proofs are selection previews only. The purchased product is the final retouched images. Proofs are not delivered files, not licensed, and remain the intellectual property of Missile Studios.

Can I purchase proofs?

Accepted Answer

Missile Studios delivers final retouched images only. Proofs are provided inside the gallery strictly for image selection and may include watermarks. The final retouches are what complete the service and reflect the quality standard of the work clients are purchasing.

Is it possible to view my proofs without the watermark?

Unfortunately, it is not possible to view your proofs without the watermark. Our primary objective is to provide you with the convenience of accessing and selecting images for your package without the hassle of visiting our studio. However, we understand the potential risk of image theft associated with this convenience. Hence, we employ a robust watermarking system on all unpaid images to sustain our business, as image sales are crucial for our operations.

Can I use my images for business marketing?

Can I keep my proofs?

Accepted Answer

Proofs are solely offered to clients for the purpose of aiding them in choosing images for their package. Once final selections have been made, the proofs are no longer accessible to the client. Furthermore, the sale of proofs is not available.

Can I buy more images later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Additional images can be purchased after your session through the selection gallery.

To keep editing and delivery moving without delays, create a separate favorites list titled “Additional Images” for any extras, so it’s clear which images are in your package and which are add-ons.

After selections are submitted, an invoice is sent for the additional images. Editing for add-ons begins after that invoice is paid. If package selections and add-ons are submitted together without a clear separation, delivery may be delayed while the order is confirmed and paid.

How long do I have to pick my images?

The selection gallery is delivered within 3–5 days after the session. Image selection time can vary depending on the project, but faster selections keep the editing queue moving and help avoid delays in final delivery. Final delivery timing begins after selections are submitted.

How do image selections work, and how many do I get?

Accepted Answer

Your package includes a set number of final retouched images. After the session, you’ll receive a watermarked online selection gallery to choose your favorites for your package, then the selected images move into the retouching queue. Final images are loaded to the online gallery  to be downloaded.
