Clients must read and agree to these Terms and Policies by checking the required checkbox during the online booking process before scheduling a service. By checking that box and completing the booking, the client confirms they’ve read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Policies as a legally binding contract between the client and Missile Studios, LLC.

General Appointment Policies

ONLINE DEPOSIT →

A $99 non-refundable deposit is required to book your session. Once paid, your time slot is locked in. If there are no reschedules or overtime, the full deposit will be applied to your package total.

REMAINING PAYMENT ('Pay Later' Balance) →

The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Card payments require the physical card and a valid photo ID. Cash is accepted with exact change only, as no change is kept on site.

 

SESSION DURATION →

Each package includes a set amount of shoot time. If your session runs over, additional time is billed at $99 per hour, based on availability. Going over your scheduled time may reduce how much of your deposit is applied to your final total. If you need extra time to get ready (hair, makeup, wardrobe), be sure to add that when booking so your session can start on time.

STANDARD TURNAROUND →

2-4 Weeks (business days). Final retouched images are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. Rush delivery is available within 3 to 5 business days for an additional fee starting at $150. We operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. The estimated processing time for photos may vary depending on the quantity, complexity, and client volume. We greatly appreciate your patience and respect for this meticulous process. 

RESCHEDULING POLICY →

You may reschedule up to two times. Each reschedule incurs a $33 fee, deducted from your deposit. If you cancel your session entirely, your deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook.

*IMPORTANT: Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of your session. If you're within that window, the appointment must be canceled. A new booking and deposit will be required to get back on the schedule. Please book carefully and plan ahead.

CANCELATION/NO SHOW POLICY →

Your deposit will be forfeited in its entirety, resulting in a total loss.

Rescheduling Fees

  • A $25 reschedule fee applies each time an appointment is rescheduled. 

  • Reschedule fee might not show on earlier balance statements. It will show in the final balance due at checkout on session day.

Reschedule Limits

  • Each booking can be rescheduled up to 2 times.

  • After two reschedules, no additional changes are allowed. If you can’t make the appointment after the second reschedule, the session is canceled and a new deposit is required to book again.

48-Hour Rule

Appointments become locked 48 hours before session time.
This is because the schedule, prep, and availability for that slot are finalized. If you’re within 48 hours, you’ll need to attend as scheduled or cancel (deposit is forfeited). A new deposit is required to book another date.

Cancellations forfeit the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and cannot be transferred after cancellation.

  • If you cancel and want to book again later, a new deposit is required to reserve a future date.

  • No-call, no-show = cancellation. If you do not arrive and do not communicate, the session is considered forfeited and the deposit.

  • No-call, no-show clients may be declined for future bookings. This is not personal, it’s calendar protection.

Client-Managed Scheduling
Appointments at Missile Studios are client-managed through the online client portal. Clients are responsible for making any eligible changes, including rescheduling or canceling, directly online. This keeps the schedule organized and allows the photographer to stay focused on the photography, not administrative tasks.


All clients are expected to use the client portal to manage appointments. If rescheduling is not available for your session, the appointment must be attended as scheduled or canceled per policy.

 


Book Only When You’re Confident You Can Attend
Please book only a date and time you’re confident you can keep. Repeated changes can become costly due to reschedule fees, deposits, and timing restrictions. It also affects the calendar, because your time slot is reserved specifically for you and can’t always be refilled on short notice. Booking thoughtfully is both financially smart for the client and respectful of the photographer’s time.

  3. Find your appointment and choose Reschedule (if eligible) or Cancel


 
If you don’t have an account yet

  1. Go to missilephoto.com and click Sign In and Create Account

  2. Create your account using the same email address you used when you booked your most recent appointment

  3. After your account is created, Sign In (if you're not already)

  4. In the client portal menu, select My Bookings

  5. Find your appointment and choose Reschedule (if eligible) or Cancel

Digital Product Policy

All digital image sales at Missile Studios, LLC are final. Once final images have been delivered to the client, no refunds, exchanges, or revisions will be issued unless the files are damaged, incomplete, or cannot be opened.

 

Clients are responsible for downloading and backing up their final images once delivered. Galleries remain active for a limited time, and it is the client’s responsibility to download their files before expiration. Additional access or re-uploads may be subject to a reactivation fee.

 

Edits are completed to match the visual style and quality standards of Missile Studios. Additional retouching requests outside the scope of the package may incur an additional fee.

 

Unpurchased or unedited proofs remain the property of Missile Studios, LLC and are not authorized for sharing, downloading, or distribution.

 

By purchasing digital images from Missile Studios, the client agrees to these terms and understands that all digital products are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Return Policy

All sales at Missile Studios, LLC are final. Due to the custom and digital nature of photography services, including time spent shooting, editing, and preparing galleries, no refunds will be issued for any session, product, or service once purchased.

 

Deposits are non-refundable and required to reserve your appointment. If you cancel or do not show up to your session, your deposit will be forfeited.

 

Digital images and print products cannot be returned or exchanged. Once final images are delivered or downloaded, no refunds, revisions, or replacements will be granted unless the file is corrupted or unviewable.

 

If you receive printed products that are damaged or defective, we will assist you in filing a claim with our print lab partner, ProDPI. Any resolution will be subject to their terms and conditions. Missile Studios is not responsible for quality issues on prints ordered through third-party vendors or printed independently by the client.

 

By booking with Missile Studios, you agree to these terms and understand that all purchases are final.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you book a session, fill out a form, make a payment, or contact us, we may collect personal information such as your name, phone number, email address, billing and shipping details, and any relevant session preferences or notes you provide.

THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
We use trusted third-party tools such as Pixieset (for image delivery), Stripe or Square (for payment processing), and ProDPI (for print fulfillment). These partners only access your information as needed to complete services related to your session and are expected to maintain their own privacy protections.

 

SECURITY
We take the security of your information seriously. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. Access to your personal data is limited to authorized personnel only.

 

COOKIES
Our website may use cookies to enhance user experience and analyze traffic. You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer.

 

CLIENT IMAGE PRIVACY
Missile Studios, LLC reserves the right to use client images for marketing, portfolio, promotional materials, social media, advertising, merchandise, and other studio-related content. By booking a session, clients grant permission for their images to be used by Missile Studios unless a written agreement states otherwise.

Images involving nudity or intimate content will never be shared or used publicly without the client’s explicit written consent. These images are handled with the highest level of discretion and respect.

 

YOUR RIGHTS
You may request access to the personal data we hold about you or ask that we delete your information from our system at any time. To make a request, email support@missilephoto.com.

 

UPDATES
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices. The most current version will always be available on our website.

Terms of Services

I. RESPONSIBILITY
Missile Studios, LLC agrees to provide photography services as described in the client’s selected package.

II. PAYMENT
A $99 non-refundable deposit is required to book and secure an appointment. The remaining balance is due in full on the day of the session. Payment must be made in person with a valid photo ID.

Accepted payment methods include:

  1. Credit or debit card (cardholder must be present with valid ID)

  2. Digital wallets (Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo)

  3. Cash (exact amount only; we do not provide change. All bills will be verified for authenticity)

Checks and cashier’s checks are not accepted under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Missile Studios, LLC reserves the right to take legal action against any individual who engages in fraud, impersonation, falsified transactions, or who falsely disputes services as fraudulent with their financial institution.

III. RIGHTS OF USE

A. Photographer’s Rights
All images taken are the intellectual property of Missile Studios, LLC. The studio retains full copyright ownership of all photographs.
Missile Studios, LLC may use images for promotion, advertising, exhibition, portfolio, publications, merchandise, or studio branding purposes. If any images involving nudity are considered for promotion or exhibition, explicit written consent will be requested from the subject.
Images involving minors will never be used for public promotion or resale. Missile Studios does not sell or release client images to third parties.
The photographer reserves the right to sell studio work as merchandise, with commissions assigned at their discretion.

B. Client’s Rights
Clients are granted usage rights of the final images they purchase. These rights include use for personal display, social media, websites, and printed marketing. However, clients do not own the copyrights and may not resell, edit, alter, or claim authorship of the photographer’s work.
Commercial use, publication, or reproduction without written consent from Missile Studios, LLC is prohibited. Photo credit must be given to both Missile Studios and the photographer when applicable.
Clients are not permitted to use, post, or publish unpaid or unpurchased images. Doing so violates federal copyright law and will result in legal action.
Missile Studios holds exclusive rights to all images taken within the studio. No outside photography is permitted during sessions unless prior approval is granted. If approved, documentation is permitted for personal use only. Replication of studio lighting, concepts, posing, or style is not permitted.

IV. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
Once a deposit is made, the date and time are reserved. The deposit is non-refundable. Rescheduling fees may apply. For complete policies, refer to the scheduling and cancellation section.

V. OUTDOOR SHOOTS
If weather or external conditions interfere with the shoot, the session may be moved indoors or rescheduled at the discretion of the photographer.

VI. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Missile Studios, LLC is not responsible for delays or inability to perform services due to unforeseen events such as illness, emergencies, natural disasters, acts of God, labor disputes, pandemics, or government shutdowns. In such cases, the session may be rescheduled, transferred to another qualified photographer, or a studio credit may be issued.

Missile Studios is not liable for injuries, accidents, health issues, or damages occurring on-site or related to the session.

Clients are responsible for all personal belongings. Missile Studios is not liable for any lost, damaged, or stolen items.

VII. PRINT PRODUCTS
All prints ordered through Missile Studios are fulfilled by our professional print partner, ProDPI. All print sales are final.

If you experience a quality issue with a print order, Missile Studios will assist in filing a claim with ProDPI. Replacement or refund decisions are subject to their terms and based on the photographer’s judgment of the issue.

Missile Studios is not responsible for prints produced outside the studio.

VIII. MINORS
Anyone under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the session. The parent or guardian is fully responsible for the child and any minors they bring to the studio.

IX. RIGHT TO DENY SERVICE
Missile Studios reserves the right to deny service to any individual whose behavior disrupts studio operations or disrespects the photographer, staff, or studio space.

X. CLIENT AGREEMENT

By booking a session, the client confirms they have the authority to allow photographs of themselves and all individuals present. The client agrees to take full responsibility for legal claims related to image usage. If any legal dispute arises, the client agrees to cover all legal fees and costs incurred by Missile Studios, LLC.

By booking a session and submitting payment through Missile Studios’ official booking system, the client agrees to all terms and recognizes this agreement as a legally binding contract.
