PAYMENT DISPUTES/CHARGEBACKS
Monitoring and immediate response. All transactions at Missile Studios are heavily monitored and documented. Payment disputes, reversals, and chargebacks are flagged immediately and handled on the spot.
Non-refundable retainer (deposit). The booking deposit is a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer paid to reserve the session date and time. The retainer is earned upon booking. A payment dispute does not change the cancellation policy and does not create a right to a refund.
Disputes do not override the agreement. Filing a chargeback, dispute, reversal, or bank claim does not void this Agreement, does not reinstate a canceled appointment, and does not override any forfeiture terms agreed to at booking.
Authorization to submit evidence. If a chargeback or dispute is filed, Client expressly authorizes Missile Studios to provide documentation to the payment processor, bank, and any dispute resolution entity, including: the signed agreement, policies accepted at checkout, booking records, communications, invoices/receipts, and transaction metadata (including timestamps and IP address, where available).
Fees and costs. If a dispute is filed to recover non-refundable fees or avoid valid charges outlined in the signed agreement, Client is responsible for all chargeback-related fees, reversal amounts, and administrative costs incurred by Missile Studios in responding to and managing the dispute, to the fullest extent if the law.
Recovery and enforcement. If funds are reversed or withheld due to a dispute, Missile Studios will pursue recovery through lawful methods, sending the account to collections, and pursuing legal remedies. Client is responsible for court costs and attorney fees where permitted by law.
Account termination and future bookings. Any bad-faith chargeback or payment dispute results in immediate termination of services and permanent refusal of future bookings, in Missile Studios’ sole discretion. No exceptions.

Account Required To Manage Appointments
-
A client account is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment.
-
Clients are expected to manage their own booking. Appointment changes are completed from inside the client account under My Bookings.
-
The appointment shown in My Bookings is the controlling appointment. That is the date and time the client is expected to attend.
How To Reschedule
-
Sign In to your account, or Create Account using the same email used to book.
-
Go to My Bookings, then select Manage next to the appointment, then select Reschedule.
Rescheduling Deadline: 48 Hours
-
Rescheduling must be completed at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time.
-
Within 48 hours of the start time, the appointment cannot be rescheduled. The appointment is either attended as scheduled or canceled. Cancellation penalties apply.
-
System time controls the deadline. If My Bookings does not allow rescheduling, the reschedule window is closed.
How Reschedules Are Accepted
-
Rescheduling is accepted only through My Bookings.
-
Reschedule requests are not accepted by text/SMS, email, social media DMs, website chat, or voicemail. Sending a message does not change an appointment and does not reserve a new date or time.
-
If an exception is approved, the change is valid only after both conditions occur:
-
Written confirmation is sent by Missile Studios, and
-
The updated appointment appears in My Bookings
-
Running late is not a reschedule. Use Studio Check-In, accessible from the account menu, to report lateness.
Reschedule Limits + Penalty Fees
-
Reschedule limit: Up to two (2) reschedules per booking.
-
Reschedule fee: Each reschedule includes a $25 rescheduling fee. The reschedule fee is charged and the deposit credit is reduced accordingly.
-
Third reschedule attempt: A third attempt results in cancellation of the appointment. A new booking and new deposit are required to reserve another date.
-
Manual exceptions count. Any reschedule completed by Missile Studios at the client’s request counts toward the reschedule limit and triggers the rescheduling fee.
Cancellation Details
-
Cancellations forfeit the deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable after cancellation.
-
If a client cancels and wants to return later, the client must book a new appointment to get back on the calendar, and a new deposit is required.
No-Call, No-Show
-
If the appointment is missed, the appointment is treated as a no-call, no-show, the booking is canceled, and the deposit is forfeited.
-
Future booking privileges can be denied after a no-call, no-show.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes (Deposit Disputes)
Payments are monitored and documented. Disputes, reversals, chargebacks are flagged immediately. Deposit is a non-refundable, non-transferable retainer earned at booking to reserve time; cancellation is not “services not rendered.” Disputes do not void this Agreement, reinstate appointments, or override forfeitures or valid charges. Client authorizes evidence submission to the bank/processor: signed agreement, checkout policies, booking records, communications, receipts, transaction data (timestamps, IP where available). Chargebacks used to recover non-refundable fees or avoid valid charges are BREACH OF CONTRACT and FRAUD. Client owes all dispute fees and admin costs. Reversed funds may be pursued by invoice, collections, legal action. Bad-faith disputes end services and ban future bookings, no exceptions.
