A $99 deposit is required to lock in your session time—nobody else can claim it once it’s yours! This deposit is non-refundable, so please choose your date with care.

When you pay the remaining balance at your shoot, we’ll apply your full $99 deposit as a credit toward your package—provided you haven’t made any appointment changes (like rescheduling) or extended your session time.

Remaining Balance

The remaining “Pay Later” balance is due on the day of your shoot.

Paying by card? Please bring the card and a valid ID. For security, we can’t process card numbers without the physical card.

Cash is cool too—just bring exact change since we don’t keep a cash drawer.

Session Timing

Your package includes a set amount of shooting time. If we decide to keep the fun going beyond that, it’s just $99 per extra hour, paid at checkout (based on availability). Please note that going over your scheduled time may affect how much of your deposit is credited toward your remaining balance.

If you’d like extra prep time in the studio—say for hair, makeup, or outfit changes—just add the additional hour option when you book. This way, we can hit the ground running when your session officially begins!

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Need to reschedule? It’s a $33 fee per reschedule, deducted from your deposit (up to 3 times).

If you must cancel entirely, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit is required for a future booking.

Image Turnaround

Standard: Expect your edited images in about 2-4 weeks.

Rush: Need them faster? We offer a 3-5 business day rush for an additional fee (starting at $150).

Keep us in the loop! If you’re running early or late, just shoot us a message so we can adjust as needed.

If you can’t make it, let us know ASAP. We’ll work with you to find another solution. No communication (“no-call, no-show”) means we unfortunately can’t book you again.

What types of photography services do you offer?

Missile Studios excels in delivering professional studio headshots and portrait photography services. Our primary focus is on providing exceptional headshot services catering to individuals working in the talent industry, including models, performers, and social media influencers. Furthermore, we specialize in delivering top-notch headshots for various business purposes such as branding, real estate, corporate, and other organizational needs. Our portrait services encompass a wide range of options to capture special moments in life. These include senior graduate portraits, adult and children birthday portraits, Bombshell (our version of boudoir) portraits, and lifestyle photography such as maternity, family portraits, and purely for recreational purposes.

Can I buy extra images that are not included in my package?

To expand your image collection, you have the opportunity to purchase supplementary images at two stages: during the checkout process or after reviewing and choosing your preferred images from the proofs. In case you decide to add more pictures after submitting your initial selections, we will prepare an invoice for the additional images and deliver it to you through email. Each image is priced at $39, or $58.50 with rush processing.

Is it possible for multiple individuals to participate in a shoot?

Absolutely. We provide the option to divide your shoot amongst multiple participants. You should bear in mind the allocated time and set availability included in the package and discuss with your group how you would like to distribute the shoot time and set changes. This approach is commonly adopted by business entities, including realtor groups, who require diverse headshots for various team members, or for accommodating larger groups.

Are there any extra images provided in the package apart from the finalized ones?

No. The package includes the exact number of photos as mentioned, all of which will be edited. We do not offer or distribute unedited proofs, except for viewing and selection purposes only. If you require more photos, you can choose to purchase additional ones separately.

Could I reserve your services for wedding or event photography?

Regrettably, Missile Studios does not presently offer on-location event services. Nonetheless, as our business expands, we may consider incorporating additional photographers to accommodate such services in the future. Should event services become available, we will promptly update our website with this information.

How do I schedule an appointment?

Making an appointment has never been easier! Just visit our booking page choose a package, and smoothly proceed with the necessary steps. Upon completion, you will promptly be added to our schedule. We highly recommend creating an account to efficiently manage your appointment and enjoy exclusive rewards.

What is your availabilty?

Our operating hours are as follows: Tuesday through Friday: 9am to 5pm Saturdays: 11am to 6pm Please note that Missile Studios is closed every Sunday and Monday, along with all major holidays. To view our live calendar and check for available appointments, kindly select a package from the booking page. You will be directed to the page displaying the available time slots and dates. You can also conveniently reserve your appointment from there. We recommend scheduling your appointment as soon as possible if you come across an open time and date that you are interested in, as our calendar fills up quickly.

How can I reschedule or cancel my booking?

To reschedule your booking on from your account page, log in to your account and navigate to the bookings section. Select the booking you wish to reschedule and follow the prompts to choose a new date and time that suits you. Confirm the changes to complete the rescheduling process.

What are your accepted methods of payment?

Accepted Payment Methods Online booking Credit or Debit Card In person at appointment Credit or Debit Card: To complete the transaction, we require the presence of the card owner who must present a valid ID. Digital Wallets: We are pleased to accept payment through Apple Pay, Cash App, and Venmo. Cash: We are happy to accept cash payments, provided that the exact amount is tendered. Please be aware that we do not keep cash on our premises, therefore, we are unable to provide change. Furthermore, all cash bills will undergo a verification process to ensure their authenticity. ACH bank transfer Gift Card issued by Missile Studios We DO NOT accept paper checks, cashier checks, or PayPal. Missile Studios, LLC declares that all purchases are subjected to a final sale policy. We do not process refunds. Missile Studios, LLC and its legal representatives hold the authority to prosecute any person who engages in, or attempts to commit federal crimes while doing business with Missile Studios, LLC. These crimes include - unlawful transactions, falsification, impersonation, and/or falsely reporting services (provided by Missile Studios, LLC) as fraudulent to their respective banks.

When should I make the payment for the 'Pay Later' balance seen at checkout?

To complete your payment, kindly settle the outstanding balance for your package before departing from the shoot location. Please ensure you have a valid ID and the card you intend to use for payment. For cash payments, we kindly request that you bring the exact amount, as we do not have a cash drawer available.

Is it possible to terminate a client's contract?

Affirmative. At Missile Studios, we hold the notion of equality and respect in high regard. We value each client equally and endeavor to treat them with utmost regard. Consequently, any instance of disrespect towards our studio, policies, or staff shall lead to the termination of our business partnership. Prior to scheduling your appointment, we kindly request that you review our policies in order to ensure a harmonious working relationship. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
