This page is where you can look through your proofs, select which images you want to include in your package, download your final pics, and even buy print products if you'd like. Typically, you can anticipate receiving your page within 3-5 days after the completion of your shoot. Favorite Images Start by selecting your first image to 'Favorite' by highlighting the ♥ heart icon associated with that image. Create List From the main page After favoriting your first image, you'll be asked to enter an email address. Ensure that the email address is keyed in correctly because it serves as your login for future access to the list. Click 'Sign In'. Continue browsing and adding images to your list. This list can be modified later. Narrow List Down To Final Selections From the main page: ⤵ ➊ Access the images you have marked as favorites by clicking ♥ heart icon labeled 'Favorites' located in the top right hand corner. You may be prompted to input the email address again. Favorites page: ⤵ ➊ Choose the list you wish to review and modify. Inside the favorites list: ⤵ ➊ Click the image you wish to modify ➋ Click on the heart ♥ icon labeled 'Favorites' located in the top right hand corner. Two options will appear: '- Remove' and '+ Add to'. - Remove deletes the image from the list + Add to moves the image to a different list. List Options Creating Multiple Lists You can use one email address to create and manage multiple favorite lists. Go to 'Favorites' and select '+ Create New List'. Lists Created By Others Every individual you share your page with has the ability to create and alter their own unique favorite lists. These lists are exclusively visible to them through their personal email login. Manage Lists Created By Others To manage lists created by others, for instance, merging images across multiple lists, it is essential that all individuals log favorites using the same email address. Each list can be set apart by assigning a unique name when '+Create New List' is selected on the favorites page. Attach Notes to Images For Photographer ➊ Open your favorites list and select an image. ➋ Click on the message icon labeled 'Add Note'. ➌ Enter your message. ➍ Do not forget to click the 'save' button to ensure your note is added successfully. Send Selections To Photographer Carefully reviewed your selections before submitting your list, as this step cannot be undone once the pictures are dispatched and entered in the editing queue. Inside the favorites list: ⤵ ➊ Click on the paper airplane icon labeled 'Share' on the top right of the page ➋ Click Send to Photographer ➌ Submit your list by clicking 'Send' *It's important to remember that payment must be settled towards any additional photos added to the package before images can be processed. The image rate per additional photo is $39. Download Finals Bulk Download (Highly Recommend) *This way of downloading is especially recommended if you want to maintain good organization of your photos & for storage purposes. ➊ Navigate to the download icon on the main navigation on your computer. ➋ Next, type in your email address. ➌ Select the folders you wish to download. ➍ Choose where you want your images to be downloaded to - it could be My Computer, Google Photos, or Drop Box. ➎ After the download finishes, unzip your downloaded file. Individual Download ➊ Open the images you wish to download. ➋ Click on the download button positioned in the top right hand corner. Order Prints (Optional) After uploading your final images to your website, the online print shop will become active, granting you access to an extensive selection of top-notch print products for purchase. The duration stated represents the average waiting time for clients to receive their final imagery. The estimated processing time for photos depends on factors like quantity, complexity, and client volume. During busy periods, processing may take longer. If you require expedited service before the designated timeframe, add rush to you package at the time of booking to prioritize your order. See Rush for more details. If you didn't choose Rush when scheduling your appointment online and now need urgent imagery before the due date, we may accommodate your request (subject to availability) within 3-5 days. However, a rush fee is required to prioritize your request. Once the specified rushed imagery has been communicated to us, expect to receive an invoice via email for the Rush fee to be paid.
