Once paid, your time slot is locked in. If there are no reschedules or overtime, the full deposit will be applied to your package total. REMAINING PAYMENT ('Pay Later' Balance) → The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Card payments require the physical card and a valid photo ID. Cash is accepted with exact change only, as no change is kept on site. SESSION DURATION → Each package includes a set amount of shoot time. If your session runs over, additional time is billed at $99 per hour, based on availability. Going over your scheduled time may reduce how much of your deposit is applied to your final total. If you need extra time to get ready (hair, makeup, wardrobe), be sure to add that when booking so your session can start on time STANDARD TURNAROUND: 3-5 Weeks (bd) → Final retouched images are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. Rush delivery is available within 3 to 5 business days for an additional fee starting at $150. We operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. The estimated processing time for photos may vary depending on the quantity, complexity, and client volume. We greatly appreciate your patience and respect for this meticulous process. RESCHEDULING POLICY → You may reschedule up to two times. Each reschedule incurs a $33 fee, deducted from your deposit. If you cancel your session entirely, your deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook. *IMPORTANT: Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of your session. If you're within that window, the appointment must be canceled. A new booking and deposit will be required to get back on the schedule. Please book carefully and plan ahead.
