BOOKING POLICIES

**DEPOSIT** - A non-refundable $99 deposit is required to secure your appointment. - This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of your chosen package. - The remaining balance (referred to as "Pay Later") will be due on the day of your shoot. - By paying the deposit, you reserve your selected time slot, removing it from our calendar for other clients. **REMAINING BALANCE** - The "Pay Later" balance must be paid in full at your scheduled session. - Please remember to bring a valid ID and the card used for payment. - If paying with cash, please provide exact change as we do not maintain a cash drawer. **SESSION DURATION & OVERTIME** - Your package includes a specific session length. - If the session exceeds the allotted time, an additional fee of $99 per hour will apply. - Extended time is subject to availability and must be settled at checkout. **CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING** - **Rescheduling Fee:** $25 per rescheduled appointment. - **Cancellations:** Deposits are forfeited upon cancellation. A new deposit is required if you choose to rebook at a later date. **IMAGE TURNAROUND** - **Standard Processing:** Approximately 2-4 weeks. - **Rush Processing:** 3-5 business days at a minimum fee of $150 for expedited delivery. **PUNCTUALITY & PREPARATION** - Arriving on time ensures a smooth, efficient session and the best use of your booked time. - Come prepared to optimize your shoot. This may include wardrobe considerations, hair and makeup readiness, and any relevant accessories or props. **COMMUNICATION & COURTESY** - If you anticipate arriving early or late, please inform the studio promptly. - Should you be unable to attend or fulfill your scheduled appointment, please notify Missile Studios as soon as possible so we can make necessary adjustments. **PAYMENTS & FINAL SALES** - Credit/Debit Card Transactions: The card owner must be present with a valid ID to complete the transaction. - All sales are final. By understanding and adhering to these policies and responsibilities, clients help maintain a positive and efficient environment, ensuring the best possible experience for all parties.
