Deposit

• A $99 deposit is required to lock in your session time—nobody else can claim it once it’s yours! This deposit is non-refundable, so please choose your date with care.

• When you pay the remaining balance at your shoot, we’ll apply your full $99 deposit as a credit toward your package—provided you haven’t made any appointment changes (like rescheduling) or extended your session time.

Remaining Balance

• The remaining “Pay Later” balance is due on the day of your shoot.  

• Paying by card? Please bring the card and a valid ID. For security, we can’t process card numbers without the physical card.  

• Cash is cool too—just bring exact change since we don’t keep a cash drawer.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Need to reschedule? It’s a $33 fee per reschedule, deducted from your deposit (up to 3 times).  

• If you must cancel entirely, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit is required for a future booking.

Communication & Courtesy

• Keep us in the loop! If you’re running early or late, just shoot us a message so we can adjust as needed.

• If you can’t make it, let us know ASAP. We’ll work with you to find another solution. No communication (“no-call, no-show”) means we unfortunately can’t book you again.
