For the most efficient communication, we recommend using the chat box or texting our business line. While email is acceptable, it may not provide as quick of a response. Utilizing these methods helps our photographer address and document inquiries promptly. Please be aware that responses will be provided during business hours. 

 

CALLING THE STUDIO

All incoming calls undergo a screening process. Kindly remember to state the purpose of your call and include your contact information to ensure a prompt response or a callback.

 

APPOINTMENT ATTENDANCE POLICY

It is essential to attend the appointments you have scheduled to avoid forfeiting your deposit. By booking an appointment, you have reserved a place on our calendar, and your photographer will be expecting your presence. Even if you have not had direct communication with the photographer, your attendance is required as per our contractual agreement. Any issues regarding your appointment should be discussed before the scheduling process begins.

To reschedule or cancel an appointment, simply log into your client portal.
