Therefore, we are committed to creating a comfortable & non-intimidating studio environment where clients can relax and be themselves. Photographer Ashley Nickole aims to make each photoshoot a personalized & enjoyable experience. She offers customized tips and posing guidance to ensure her clients look & feel their best. Missile has artfully created a photo session that attends to the clients self-assurance throughout the shoot. This includes live, on-screen visuals of every image captured during the shoot. This interactive approach ensures our clients are informed and engaged in the decision-making process, helping to alleviate any uncertainty surrounding the final product. Pro- Retouching At Missile Studios, we ensure that your dedicated photographer carries out every edit on your photos. This allows you the opportunity to openly discuss editing options directly with them - both during the photoshoot and before processing begins. Feel free to discuss any alterations or tweaks you might have in mind. Do remember, editing is the final touch that completes your photos. The goal here isn't to misrepresent, but more to enhance the overall vibe of the photo, bringing to life both your vision along with that of the photographer. Home / Cancellation Policy / Appt. Changes Cancellation Policies Listed below is a quick overview of what you need to know about scheduling appointments at Missile Studios. It's super important to understand your duties and obligations as the client to ensure everything runs smoothly and efficiently in regards to you working relationship with us. Understanding appointment responsibilities Deposit A $99 deposit is required to lock in your session time—nobody else can claim it once it’s yours! This deposit is non-refundable, so please choose your date with care. When you pay the remaining balance at your shoot, we’ll apply your full $99 deposit as a credit toward your package—provided you haven’t made any appointment changes (like rescheduling) or extended your session time. Remaining Balance The remaining “Pay Later” balance is due on the day of your shoot. Paying by card? Please bring the card and a valid ID. For security, we can’t process card numbers without the physical card. Cash is cool too—just bring exact change since we don’t keep a cash drawer. Cancellations & Rescheduling Need to reschedule? It’s a $33 fee per reschedule, deducted from your deposit (up to 2 times). If you must cancel entirely, your deposit will be forfeited, and a new deposit is required for a future booking. Communication & Courtesy Keep us in the loop! If you’re running early or late, just shoot us a message so we can adjust as needed. If you can’t make it, let us know ASAP. We’ll work with you to find another solution. No communication (“no-call, no-show”) means we unfortunately can’t book you again. More Info How to Reschedule To make changes to your appointment, you'll need to log in to your account. Go to the Login Bar at the top left corner of our website and sign in or create a member account using the same email you used to book. Once logged in, head to your My Bookings page. From there, you can: Reschedule your upcoming session (only if it's more than 48 hours away and not booked through a membership plan) Cancel your appointment Rebook a new session without re-entering your details View session details, including time, location, and payment info Check any active plan details and remaining sessions, if applicable If your appointment is less than 48 hours away, rescheduling will be disabled. You’ll need to either attend your session or cancel it, which will forfeit your deposit.

Session Duration "Session Duration" refers to the total time spent during your appointment, excluding any additional beauty services. Each package includes a specific session duration and number of sets to allow for adequate shooting time. Within the session duration, time will be allotted for a brief consultation, the photoshoot itself, and any necessary set changes like wardrobe or backdrops. Understanding Session Duration The hourly rate for a studio session is set at $99. Each package comes with a designated session duration that is suitable for capturing the required number of images included in the package. Please note that session time encompasses more than just the duration spent in front of the camera. It encompasses the entire appointment, including a brief consultation, as well as any wardrobe and set changes. It is important to avoid allocating excessive time towards wardrobe and set changes as it may affect the time available for actual shooting. If your session goes beyond the designated time stated in your package, a fixed fee of $99 will be applied at the at start of each consecutive hour. Any additional time utilized should be settled during checkout. Additional time can only be accommodated if it is readily available. If you have purchased beauty services, this time will not be deducted from your session time, as additional time has already been allocated to accommodate this service. Please include a note in the booking form if you anticipate needing extra session time. This will help us make suitable arrangements for your appointment.
