Home / Info / F.A.Q. / Frequently asked questions Appointment Images In Studio Services Beauty My Account Studio Payment Rewards Prints Contact Appointment Policies ONLINE DEPOSIT: $99 → A $99 non-refundable deposit is required to book your session. Once paid, your time slot is locked in. If there are no reschedules or overtime, the full deposit will be applied to your package total. REMAINING PAYMENT ('Pay Later' Balance) → The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Card payments require the physical card and a valid photo ID. Cash is accepted with exact change only, as no change is kept on site. SESSION DURATION → Each package includes a set amount of shoot time. If your session runs over, additional time is billed at $99 per hour, based on availability. Going over your scheduled time may reduce how much of your deposit is applied to your final total. If you need extra time to get ready (hair, makeup, wardrobe), be sure to add that when booking so your session can start on time STANDARD TURNAROUND: 3-5 Weeks (bd) → Final retouched images are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. Rush delivery is available within 3 to 5 business days for an additional fee starting at $150. We operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. The estimated processing time for photos may vary depending on the quantity, complexity, and client volume. We greatly appreciate your patience and respect for this meticulous process. RESCHEDULING POLICY → You may reschedule up to two times. Each reschedule incurs a $33 fee, deducted from your deposit. If you cancel your session entirely, your deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook. *IMPORTANT: Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of your session. If you're within that window, the appointment must be canceled. A new booking and deposit will be required to get back on the schedule. Please book carefully and plan ahead. CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY → Your deposit will be forfeited in its entirety, resulting in a total loss. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. How do I schedule an appointment? Making an appointment has never been easier! Just visit our booking page choose a package, and smoothly proceed with the necessary steps. Upon completion, you will promptly be added to our schedule. We highly recommend creating an account to efficiently manage your appointment and enjoy exclusive rewards. VIEW PACKAGES & BOOK What is your availabilty? Our operating hours are as follows: Tuesday through Friday: 9am to 5pm Saturdays: 11am to 6pm Please note that Missile Studios is closed every Sunday and Monday, along with all major holidays. To view our live calendar and check for available appointments, kindly select a package from the booking page. You will be directed to the page displaying the available time slots and dates. You can also conveniently reserve your appointment from there. We recommend scheduling your appointment as soon as possible if you come across an open time and date that you are interested in, as our calendar fills up quickly. VIEW PACKAGE & BOOK How can I reschedule or cancel my booking? To reschedule your booking on from your account page, log in to your account and navigate to the bookings section. Select the booking you wish to reschedule and follow the prompts to choose a new date and time that suits you. Confirm the changes to complete the rescheduling process.

CALLING THE STUDIO All incoming calls undergo a screening process. Kindly remember to state the purpose of your call and include your contact information to ensure a prompt response or a callback. APPOINTMENT ATTENDANCE POLICY It is essential to attend the appointments you have scheduled to avoid forfeiting your deposit. By booking an appointment, you have reserved a place on our calendar, and your photographer will be expecting your presence. Even if you have not had direct communication with the photographer, your attendance is required as per our contractual agreement. Any issues regarding your appointment should be discussed before the scheduling process begins. APPOINTMENT CHANGES To reschedule or cancel an appointment, simply log into your client portal. NOTIFICATIONS FROM MISSILE You will receive an email confirming your appointment, providing shoot details, preparation guidelines, and reminders to help you stay informed and prepared. Please make sure to check your email regularly and opt-in for SMS notifications when scheduling to stay updated. The duration stated represents the average waiting time for clients to receive their final imagery. The estimated processing time for photos depends on factors like quantity, complexity, and client volume. During busy periods, processing may take longer. If you require expedited service before the designated timeframe, add rush to you package at the time of booking to prioritize your order. See Rush for more details. If you didn't choose Rush when scheduling your appointment online and now need urgent imagery before the due date, we may accommodate your request (subject to availability) within 3-5 days. However, a rush fee is required to prioritize your request. Once the specified rushed imagery has been communicated to us, expect to receive an invoice via email for the Rush fee to be paid.
