Pro- Retouching At Missile Studios, we ensure that your dedicated photographer carries out every edit on your photos. This allows you the opportunity to openly discuss editing options directly with them - both during the photoshoot and before processing begins. Feel free to discuss any alterations or tweaks you might have in mind. Do remember, editing is the final touch that completes your photos. The goal here isn't to misrepresent, but more to enhance the overall vibe of the photo, bringing to life both your vision along with that of the photographer. All photos are edited in-house and we prioritize editing in the order they are received from each client. On average, it takes 2-4 weeks to receive your final edited images after your photoshoot. Please keep in mind that the exact turnaround time may vary depending on our current workload, the number of images in your order, and the time it takes for you to send us your image selections. If you need your photos sooner, we offer expedited delivery for $19.50 per image. This fee ensures that we can meet everyone's deadlines effectively. When scheduling your appointment, please take these factors into consideration to set realistic expectations. You can easily add the rush delivery option during online booking. Our business hours are as follows: Tuesday - Friday: 9am - 5pm Saturday: 11am - 6pm 2-4 Weeks (bUSINESS dAYS) The estimated timeframe for completing the processing of photos is determined by the quantity and complexity of the photos, as well as the number of clients we have at the time. During busy periods, it may take longer to process the images. We understand your eagerness to receive your photos, but we ask for your patience and understanding. If you need your photos by a specific date, we recommend choosing our rush processing service. This is the only way we can guarantee delivery within a set timeframe. Appointment Images In Studio Services Beauty My Account Studio Payment Rewards Prints Contact 01 Appointment Policies ONLINE DEPOSIT: $99 → A $99 non-refundable deposit is required to book your session. Once paid, your time slot is locked in. If there are no reschedules or overtime, the full deposit will be applied to your package total. REMAINING PAYMENT ('Pay Later' Balance) → The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Card payments require the physical card and a valid photo ID. Cash is accepted with exact change only, as no change is kept on site. SESSION DURATION → Each package includes a set amount of shoot time. If your session runs over, additional time is billed at $99 per hour, based on availability. Going over your scheduled time may reduce how much of your deposit is applied to your final total. If you need extra time to get ready (hair, makeup, wardrobe), be sure to add that when booking so your session can start on time STANDARD TURNAROUND: 3-5 Weeks (bd) → Final retouched images are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. Rush delivery is available within 3 to 5 business days for an additional fee starting at $150. We operate on a first-come-first-serve basis. The estimated processing time for photos may vary depending on the quantity, complexity, and client volume. We greatly appreciate your patience and respect for this meticulous process. RESCHEDULING POLICY → You may reschedule up to two times. Each reschedule incurs a $33 fee, deducted from your deposit. If you cancel your session entirely, your deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook. *IMPORTANT: Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of your session. If you're within that window, the appointment must be canceled. A new booking and deposit will be required to get back on the schedule. Please book carefully and plan ahead. CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY → Your deposit will be forfeited in its entirety, resulting in a total loss. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. 02 How do I schedule an appointment?
