Whether you're updating your headshots, building a brand, or celebrating a personal milestone, these packages are structured to fit your needs. All sessions include expert posing direction, live image previews during your shoot, access to your own private online gallery, professional retouching, and digital downloads of final photos. If there are no reschedules or overtime, the full deposit will be applied to your package total. REMAINING BALANCE The remaining balance is due on the day of your session. Card payments require the physical card and a valid photo ID. Cash is accepted with exact change only, as no change is kept on site. SESSION TIME Each package includes a set amount of shoot time. If your session runs over, additional time is billed at $99 per hour, based on availability. Going over your scheduled time may reduce how much of your deposit is applied to your final total. If you need extra time to get ready (hair, makeup, wardrobe), be sure to add that when booking so your session can start on time. RESCHEDULING You may reschedule up to two times. Each reschedule incurs a $33 fee, deducted from your deposit. If you cancel your session entirely, your deposit is forfeited and a new one will be required to rebook. IMPORTANT: Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 48 hours of your session. If you're within that window, the appointment must be canceled. A new booking and deposit will be required to get back on the schedule. Please book carefully and plan ahead. TURNAROUND TIME Final retouched images are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks. If you need select images for rush delivery only, please specify the number of images needed rushed in the online booking form or during your appointment. We will apply the Rush fee at checkout at the studio. Rush orders have a minimum fee of $150. Refer to Pricing Overview for details. Please be aware that our prices may fluctuate owing to market demand. The price at the time of your transaction will apply to that specific purchase, although prices for future transactions might be different. If you didn't choose Rush when scheduling your appointment online and now need urgent imagery before the due date, we may accommodate your request (subject to availability) within 3-5 days. However, a rush fee is required to prioritize your request. Once the specified rushed imagery has been communicated to us, expect to receive an invoice via email for the Rush fee to be paid. Payment must be made before proceeding. Note that a minimum fee of $150 applies to rushed orders. Refer to Pricing Overview for details. Each individual rush order is viewed as a fresh demand, hence, the minimum fee of $150 will be levied on each separate request. Rush processing commences once the payment has been successfully processed and the photographer has been officially informed of the order. All photos are edited in-house and we prioritize editing in the order they are received from each client. On average, it takes 2-4 weeks to receive your final edited images after your photoshoot. Please keep in mind that the exact turnaround time may vary depending on our current workload, the number of images in your order, and the time it takes for you to send us your image selections. If you need your photos sooner, we offer expedited delivery for $19.50 per image. This fee ensures that we can meet everyone's deadlines effectively.
