BOOKING POLICIES
𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 • Deposit is non-refundable, non-transferable. Applied to your session total. • Remaining “Pay Later” balance due day of session. • Card Payments: In-person chip/tap only. Physical card + valid photo ID required. • Cash: Exact amount only, no cash drawer, no change. • Also Accepted: Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, ACH, Missile Studios eGift Cards. 𝗧𝗨𝗥𝗡𝗔𝗥𝗢𝗨𝗡𝗗 • Proof Gallery: 3–5 days after your session • Standard: 2–4 weeks • Rush: 3–5 business days starting at $150. 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚 + 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 *Account Required • Clients are responsible for managing their own appointments through their account. No email, message, or voicemail requests. • Rescheduling closes 48-hrs before your appointment due to prep. Attend as scheduled or Sign In to cancel (penalties apply). • 2 reschedules max, $25 per reschedule. Third attempt cancels the appointment. New booking required to get back on the calendar. • Canceling forfeits deposit, non-transferable. • No-Show appointments = cancellation, future scheduling limits apply. 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗢 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞-𝗜𝗡 *Account Required • Clients are expected to check-in to their appointment before entering the studio. • If running behind, submit an ETA • Check-In once parked 𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗗𝗜𝗢 𝗧𝗜𝗠𝗘 • Session starts at the booked start time. Package lists the allotted session time. • $99/hour flat rate if the session runs over, schedule permitting. Added to the balance due at checkout. • Add-on available at booking for extended session time. 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦 • Due to the nature of this service, all sales are final. No refunds. 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗣𝗨𝗧𝗘𝗦/𝗖𝗛𝗔𝗥𝗚𝗘𝗕𝗔𝗖𝗞𝗦 Any chargeback to avoid valid charges or recover non-refundable fees is a breach of contract and may be treated as fraud. Missile Studios may submit the signed agreement, policies, booking records, communications, and transaction data (timestamps/IP where available) to the bank. Client is responsible for all dispute fees and costs; reversed funds may be pursued by invoice, collections, and/or legal action. Services end immediately and future bookings are banned.
